Kind Attention :: Sub : DGCD AND NDRF VISIT TO OUR HEAD QTRS ON MONDAY 9TH DEC 2013, 10 AM As informed earlier and the same was discussed in our meeting , we have much pleasure to inform you that Director General of Civil Defence and NDRF, MHA , New Delhi is visiting our Head Qtrs on Monday 9th December 2013, All above mentioned CD personnel are requested to reach CD head Qtrs at Ulsoor by 10 AM with out fail. Tentative program is as follows: Arrival of Dignitary Parade and Salute Meeting with Senior Officers Meeting with Senior Officers and CD Wardens of above ranks and select wardens of other ranks along with QRT Members. (Academy Auditorium , 1st floor) Lunch QRT & Waterman ship Demo Dress Code : Wear Blue Pant, White Shirt and CD jacket /Shoes without fail / Those with ceremonial Blue uniform can proudly wear the same with medals. Kindly note dignitary is expected to arrive around 10.15 Am, All CD wardens are requested to be assembled at Head Qtrs Parade ground at 10 AM sharp and plan to stay till 3.30 to 4 PM .
