Much pleasure to enclose National Disaster Reduction Day and Rally Invitation scheduled to be held on Monday 16th December 2013 and look forward for large participation from all divisions. Kindly ensure the following: 1) All Above mentioned officers to meet at Kanteerava Stadium at 4.30 PM on Sunday 15th December 2013 to review the Preparations and to plan. 2) Report at Kanteerava Indoor Stadium at 8.30 am on Monday 16th December 2013 3) Please ensure our entire contingent follows instructions and maintains decorum and discipline. 4) We will have large presence of Media and general public , Kindly help others . 5) Maintain time and not to loiter around during the duration if the meeting. 6) Help our fellow wardens to get Food and refreshments . 7) Have an eye for safety , we have lined up some exciting mock drill / Demo . 8) Help School children to get their snack bags and also help them to get in and move out safely. 9) Help respective committees to perform the task given to them and also ensure your roles are played to perfection. 10) ALL CD WARDENS SHOULD WEAR CD JACKETS AT ALL TIMES DURING THE FUNCTION. 11) Motivate large participation from all divisions.
