"There was a break failure of BMTC volvo bus route no. 360B at wilson garden 10th cross, hosur main road and huge traffic jam. I had diverted the traffic, intimated to traffic inspector. Continuously controlled the traffic nearly 2 hours. ACP (central) and DCP (central) visited the spot. And both of them appreciated me for the timely action.
