Dear  Fellow Divisional Wardens,

It’s going to be 4 Years since we raised Division 17. We reconfirm our belief:  “I believe in a world, that can be safe because we know our neighbourhood, know our neighbours, and care to save lives.”

Once more I recount the vision we wrote for our Division – “ To shape and nurture a networked community, build trust, serve and save lives.”
