*1) **Opening Remarks by Officer Commanding & Chief Warden-P.R.S.Chetan.*
*2) **Participation in RD Parade at Head Qtrs. and Manekshaw Parade
Ground.*
*3) ** Non receipt of Nominations from Divisions for Trainings scheduled
to be held at NCDC, Nagpur and at our Academy as per the Training calendar
circulated well in advance in the month of November and December 2015.*
*4) ** Any other matter for strengthening Civil Defence with the
permission of the chair.*
*Program:** Assembly & informal discussion between 10:30 to 10.45am,
Proceedings start at 10:50 AM. Invitations for Manekshaw Parade ground will
be given after the meeting, Invitations are to be collected in person and
not thru their representatives .*
