Dear DW/Dy.DW/QRT/PW/SW, Kindly note;
1. BBMP Commissioner had called for an emergency meeting today chaired by Administrator in the background of unprecedented rain in Blr which has lead to over 450 tree falls in city.
2. BBMP Commissioner & Administrator spoke to our DGP Sir and sought our department co-operation and it was decided to deploy 400 Homeguards, 200 Civil Defence & Fore Services personell immediately to assist BBMP.
3. DGP/DIG has advised Civil Defence to deploy 200 CD Wardens, they will be deployed to different Divisions in Blr.
4.KINDLY REPORT TO BBMP JT. COMMISSIONER SOUTH TOMORROW 4TH MAY 2015, 9AM SHARP AT ASHOKA PILLAR CIRCLE, KINDLY CONFIRM UR DIVISION PARTICIPATION BY MESSAGE OR CALL DW BALAJI.
THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT ASSIGNMENT DGP SIR HAS ENTRUSTED TO ALL OF US AND SENIOR OFFICERS ARE MONITORING, Request your immediate response.
