This is to bring to your immediate attention that we have displayed in the Notice Board the letter received from Commandant & DCG , Home Guards & Civil Defence calling for nominations of eligible Civil Defence wardens , who have rendered yeoman service in Civil Defence for recommendation of Honble Chief Ministers Medal.

We have received few nominations in response to the display in Notice Board , I am forwarding the letter and application formats for your immediate attention and response. Kindly forward nominations in the prescribed format enclosed along with the citation and self attested copy of appointment order issued by the Department.

PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO FORWARD RECOMMENDATIONS OF DESERVING WARDENS WHO HAVE RENDERED EXCELLENT SERVICE IN CIVIL DEFENCE AND CONTINUE TO SERVE IN CIVIL DEFENCE AND WITH GOOD TRACK RECORD .

KINDLY NOTE RECOMMENDATIONS IN PRESCRIBED FORMAT SHOULD REACH CHIEF WARDENS OFFICE ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY 25TH JULY 2014 BEFORE 5 PM,
