Annual Sports Meet 2019

Kind attention of all concerned: State level *SPORTS MEET* of our department will be held from *06th to 11th December 2019* , all those willing to participate, Kindly note the following: 

1) 50 participants are permitted to take part in the sports meet . 

2) All the 50 participants should be available full day for sports competition and sports parade practice on all the 6 days without fail . 

3) Those willing to take part should submit their nominations to sports coordinator DW Dr. S. L. Anthony , Dy. Chief Warden Mr. Amrik Singh will be overseeing  other arrangements/ uniform etc. 

4) Participants should maintain utmost discipline, play with sportsman spirit and bring glory to our department .

Two day Civil Defence Seminar / Orientation session at PES INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY RING ROAD NEAR NICE ROAD JUNCTION,

Division 34 Girinagar division is organizing a two day  Civil Defence Seminar / Orientation session at PES INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY RING ROAD NEAR NICE ROAD JUNCTION,

Our dynamic OFFICER COMMANDING HQ, DR. P. R. S. CHETAN would be addressing the students, lecturers, professors, admin staff on both days.

I would like invite all Division Wardens, Dy. DIvision wardens to kindly attend the orientation session.

Its scheduled at 13:30- 15:30 on both 30th and 31st January 2019.
